Hi, I'm Kristin Shoemaker — East TN is Home, and Helping You Find Yours is My Passion

I’m proud to call Knoxville home. I grew up in Fountain City, graduated from Central High School, and earned my Master’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Tennessee. For years, I dedicated my career to serving students and families as a teacher and an Early Literacy Coach. That experience taught me how to listen well, communicate clearly, and guide others with patience and purpose — qualities I now bring to every real estate transaction.

After more than fifteen years in education, I felt called to continue serving my community in a new way — by helping individuals and families find a place to call home. I understand that buying or selling a home is one of life’s biggest decisions, and I’m here to make that journey as smooth, informed, and positive as possible.

I’ve been married to my husband, Scott, for 17 years, and we have two amazing kids.  We’re active members of Salem Baptist Church, and when I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me cooking, reading, shopping, or planning our next family adventure.
